Meet a handful of our tutors. Our tutors teach the Trinity and RSL syllabuses, with ABRSM available for singing, and bring real-world musical experience into every lesson.
All tutors are DBS checked and safeguarding trained.

Alex
Alex teaches guitar and brings extensive live and studio experience into his lessons. He has played in the rock band The Brink, touring countless times, and has recorded at the world-famous Abbey Road Studios.
His teaching combines strong technique with real-world performance insight, helping students develop confidence and musicality.

Lizzy
You may have seen Lizzy performing with British / 80s Rock Experience or Pure Floyd. Expert vocalist and coach, she has being making music for as long as she can remember.
With lessons that focus on vocal control, technique, and helping students build a powerful, confident voice in a fun and supportive way.

Reubes
Reubes teaches drums guitar and music production, bringing a creative, hands-on approach shaped by years of performing, recording, and producing music. He plays in the Who tribute band Behind Who Eyes and runs his own recording studio, The Porridge Pot, where he produced his solo album Inanna’s Garden. His lessons encourage students to explore creativity as well as technique, whether they’re learning songs or creating their own music.

Dan
Dan teaches guitar and drums and has built a strong online following under the name Half Duck, with several YouTube videos reaching hundreds of thousands of views. Alongside his online work, he has played in the band Light Skies Darken and delivers focused, engaging lessons.

Zak
Zak teaches guitar, drums, and singing and has been working in music education for over a decade. His lessons are relaxed, supportive, and tailored to each student’s interests and needs whether that’s grade work, learning songs, developing technique, or building confidence.
Zak also plays in the band Jehenna and received the 'Local Hero' Award from the BBC for his work with Wendy House Music Tuition.

Grace
Grace teaches piano and loves helping students build confidence and musical understanding. Her lessons are friendly, supportive, and focused on developing strong technique while keeping learning enjoyable and rewarding.
Grace works with students of all ages and abilities, creating a relaxed environment where progress feels natural and music is something to look forward to each week.
